Welcome to Hoora!
Hoora is a mobile entertainment platform operated by EASYWIN, a simplified single-member joint-stock company (SAS) registered under the number SIREN 883336216, with its head office located at 7 Boulevard Solidarité, 57070 Metz (France).

These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "GTU") constitute the agreement between users (hereinafter referred to as "You") and Hoora regarding the use of the service described below. We encourage you to carefully review these Terms. Also, make sure to read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Management.

Your confirmation of acceptance of these GTU or your use of the service constitutes the conclusion of a contract between You and Hoora.

Article 1 – Services covered by these GTU

These GTU set out the terms and conditions governing the access and use of the service offered by EASYWIN (hereinafter referred to as "Hoora Service"), available from the Hoora mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "Application"), collectively owned by EASYWIN.

The Hoora Service encompasses all the features offered on the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, the ability to play various games, participate in activities aimed at enriching the gaming experience, add friends, and watch video ads for special rewards, all in accordance with these GTU.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the GTU

Using the Hoora Service implies that you accept these GTU without reservation. If you do not agree, you must not use the Hoora Service.

Article 3 – Your use of the Hoora Service

3.1 Our service and business model

The Hoora Service offers a unique entertainment experience by providing a variety of casual and vertical games. Our business model is based on the free availability of basic features, supported by advertisements. For an ad-free experience, You can opt for our Hoora Premium subscription.

3.2 Access to the Hoora Service

You can access the Hoora Service by downloading the Application on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). You must ensure that your device is equipped with an operating system or a browser compatible with our Hoora Service. If not, we cannot guarantee the proper functioning of the Hoora Service. We recommend that You install the latest updates of your smartphone's operating system to continue enjoying all our features.

3.3 Account creation and information

Creating an account on the Hoora Service is automatic and does not require an email address or password. You are responsible for the security of your account, and any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

3.4 Uninstalling the Application

Once you uninstall the Application from your mobile device, your account will be deactivated. If you wish to reactivate it, you must contact support, but we do not guarantee reactivation of the account.

3.5 Minimum age

The Hoora Service is reserved for users aged 13 and over.

3.6 Benefits of the Hoora Service

As a user of the Hoora Service, You have the optional ability to:

  • play various games;
  • participate in different activities designed to enrich your gaming experience. These activities allow You to complete missions, improve your score, and progress through game levels;
  • add other users as friends;
  • watch video ads to obtain special rewards;
  • use the settings and features of the Hoora Service that are provided to You from time to time.

The authorization we grant You:

  • is limited to what we have indicated as authorized in these GTU;
  • is valid only for You;
  • cannot be transferred to another person by You;
  • can be revoked for reasons authorized in these GTU.

Access to certain features of the Hoora Service is reserved for subscribers who have subscribed to the Hoora Premium offer. For example:

  • Removal of forced ads: Hoora Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience without forced ads;
  • Hoora Coins: Subscribers receive a predefined amount of Hoora Coins during each billing period, as detailed in the subscription information. These coins can be used to activate benefits on the Hoora Service.
  • Exclusive Reward Levels: Hoora Premium subscribers have privileged access to exclusive reward levels, offering unique benefits that allow advanced customization of their profile.

3.7 Respect des consignes d’utilisation

Our guidelines apply to all users of the Hoora Service. If You wish to use the Hoora Service, under no circumstances should You:

  • use the Hoora Service in a way that violates applicable laws and regulations;
  • compromise the proper functioning or security of the Hoora Service. This includes using any automated means not provided or approved by EASYWIN to extract data from the Hoora Service and the Application;
  • engage in inauthentic commercial behavior on the Hoora Service, such as using fake accounts or impersonating others;
  • infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes respecting copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights;
  • use third-party software, bots, hacks, mods, or any other form of illegal manipulation to cheat or facilitate cheating on the Hoora Service.

In summary, You agree to use the Hoora Service in accordance with these GTU and any applicable policies.

3.8 Restrictions on username creation

To ensure a respectful and secure environment for all users, strict restrictions are applied when creating and modifying usernames on Hoora. Usernames must comply with the following criteria:

  • Must not refer to a political orientation, ethnicity, community, or religion.
  • Must not be vulgar or insulting.
  • Must not contain sexual or pornographic connotations.
  • Must not refer to a narcotic product or any other entity prohibited by law.

To ensure compliance with these criteria, automatic moderation has been implemented. Any attempt to create or modify a username containing words related to the above topics will be automatically rejected.

This measure aims to guarantee a pleasant and safe gaming experience for all users. By creating an account or modifying your username, you agree to comply with these rules.

Article 4 – Content and intellectual property

4.1 Access to the Hoora Service

Subject to your compliance with these GTU (and any other applicable terms), a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable authorization is granted to You to personally use the Hoora Service for non-commercial purposes. This authorization will remain in effect until terminated by You or our teams. You agree not to redistribute or transfer the Hoora Service.

It is important to note that the Hoora Service is licensed, not sold or transferred, and EASYWIN and its licensors retain ownership of all copies of the Hoora Service, even after installation on your devices.

4.2 Hoora's intellectual property rights

The Hoora Service remains the exclusive property of EASYWIN or its licensors. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and other distinctive features of the Hoora brand are the exclusive property of EASYWIN or its licensors. It is important to note that these GTU do not grant any rights to use the features of the Hoora brand, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

4.3 Cheating Detection

To maintain the integrity of the Hoora Service, we actively monitor activities to detect any cheating attempts. If cheating is detected, we reserve the right to take action, including terminating the offender's account. In the fight against illegal activities, we may also cooperate with the competent authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4.4 Advertising Display

The Hoora Service includes various forms of advertising that contribute to its funding. These ads may be personalized based on the user's interests to ensure a more relevant experience. It is important to note that we do not take responsibility for the content of third-party ads.

Subscribers who have opted for the Hoora Premium offer enjoy an experience without forced ads, allowing them to fully enjoy their gaming experience without unwanted interruptions.

Article 5 – Our commitments

5.1 Quality and Security of the Hoora Service

We are committed to providing You with the Hoora Service with reasonable skill and care, acting with professional diligence as long as we choose to offer You the Hoora Service. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe and secure environment for users of the Hoora Service. It is important to note that we do not guarantee the eternal availability of the Hoora Service in its current form. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to improve the user experience of the Hoora Service.

5.2 Protection of Personal Data

We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using the Hoora Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This policy specifies the types of data we collect, how we use it, and the measures taken to ensure its security. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy to better understand our commitment to protecting your privacy.

Article 6 – Suspending or terminating our Relationship

6.1 Your Rights

You can terminate your relationship with EASYWIN at any time by closing your account and ceasing to use the Hoora Service. Instructions on how to terminate your account can be found in our Help Center.

6.2 Hoora's Rights

In case of suspected violation of these GTU, we are authorized to delete all or part of your content or restrict your access to all or part of the features of the Hoora Service, acting reasonably and objectively based on the severity of the suspected violation.

Subsequently, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account, or impose limitations on your access to the features of the Platform if:

  • we reasonably and objectively conclude that You have committed a serious or repeated violation of these GTU;
  • we have reasonable grounds to believe that You are about to commit a serious violation of these GTU;
  • we are legally required to do so;
  • it is reasonably necessary in response to resolving a serious technical or security issue.

It is important to note that we record the number of violations of these GTU by your account. Repeated violations or a single serious violation may result in a permanent ban on your account.

Article 7 – About these GTU

From time to time, we may make changes to these GTU, including the additional terms of the Hoora Service incorporated by reference herein. To keep You informed of these changes, we will use any reasonable means, such as posting a revised agreement on the applicable Hoora Service. In the case of significant changes, we will make an effort to supplement this notice with an email, a contextual message during service, or other means. These changes will not affect any disputes arising between You and us before the date of publication of the revised GTU or other Hoora Service terms incorporating these changes, or before the date we informed You of such changes. By continuing to use the Hoora Service after any changes to these GTU, You accept these changes. If You choose not to continue using the Hoora Service following an update to the GTU, You have the option to terminate your account. The effective date indicated at the top of this document indicates the date of the last modification of these GTU.

Article 9 – Dispute resolution

The provisions of these GTU are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, our first step will be to try to resolve it amicably. If an amicable resolution is not possible, You or we may bring the dispute before the French courts.
