This Privacy Policy is intended to inform users (hereinafter referred to as “You”) about how EASYWIN processes personal data in connection with the use of the Hoora Service, accessible via the mobile Application and the website (collectively, the “Services”).

EASYWIN attaches particular importance to the protection of privacy and undertakes to process personal data in strict compliance with applicable regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy supplements the General Terms of Use (GTU) as well as the Cookie Management.

In the context of using the Hoora Service, EASYWIN may collect the following categories of personal data:

  • email address (only when the user activates the optional profile backup feature);

2.2 Data related to the use of the Services

  • game progression data;
  • scores, performances, and in-game interactions;
  • user preferences;
  • technical data related to the use of the Application (device type, operating system, Application version).

2.3 Advertising and measurement data

  • data relating to the display and performance of advertisements;
  • audience and usage measurement data, subject to the user’s consent where required.

Hoora does not collect any sensitive data within the meaning of applicable regulations (such as health data, biometric data, political opinions, etc.).

Article 3 – Purposes and legal bases for processing

Article 4 – No mandatory account creation

Use of the Hoora Service does not require the creation of a user account.

Profile backup is optional and relies exclusively on the email address voluntarily provided by the user.
When activated, a technical account is associated with this backup in order to enable profile portability across multiple devices.

Article 5 – Advertising and personalization

The Hoora Service is financed in particular through the display of advertisements.

Such advertisements may:

  • be non-personalized; or
  • be personalized based on the user’s preferences, subject to the user’s prior consent, in accordance with applicable regulations and the Cookie and Tracking Management Policy.

Users who have subscribed to the Hoora Premium offer benefit from the removal of forced advertisements, under the conditions defined in the Hoora Premium Offer Terms and Conditions.

Article 6 – Data recipients

Personal data may be accessible:

  • to authorized internal teams of EASYWIN;
  • to technical service providers and partners (hosting, analytics, advertising), acting as data processors, strictly within the scope necessary to perform their services.

EASYWIN never sells users’ personal data.

Article 7 – Data retention

Personal data are retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, in particular:

  • data related to a saved profile: until deletion of the technical account by the user;
  • technical and statistical data: for a limited and proportionate duration;
  • advertising data: in accordance with the retention periods defined by the relevant partners and applicable regulations.

Article 8 – Data security

EASYWIN implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of personal data, and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

Article 9 – Users’ rights

In accordance with applicable regulations, You have the following rights:

  • right of access;
  • right to rectification;
  • right to erasure;
  • right to object;
  • right to restriction of processing;
  • right to data portability;
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Users with a saved profile may exercise their right to erasure by requesting the deletion of the associated technical account.
