Welcome to the Terms and Conditions of the Hoora Premium offer, provided and operated by EASYWIN. By subscribing, you gain access to exclusive features.
Article 1 – Definitions
Hoora Premium : Refers to the premium subscription offered by Hoora, providing exclusive benefits to Subscribers.
Subscriber: Any individual who has subscribed to Hoora Premium.
Service: All features and benefits accessible to Subscribers.
Article 2 – Subscription
Eligibility: Hoora Premium is available to all users of the Hoora Service, subject to acceptance of these GTU.
Subscription Procedure: Hoora Premium can be subscribed to via the Hoora Service by following the subscription instructions provided.
Trial Period: We reserve the right to offer a free trial period to new Subscribers. The details of the trial period will be outlined at the time of subscription.
Article 3 – Benefits
No more forced ads: Subscribers benefit from an experience free of forced advertisements.
Exclusive Reward Levels: Subscribers gain privileged access to exclusive reward levels, offering unique benefits for advanced profile customization.
Hoora Coins: Subscribers receive a predefined amount of Hoora Coins during each billing period, as detailed in the subscription information. These coins can be used to activate benefits on the Hoora Service.
Priority Customer Support: Subscribers receive priority treatment for support requests.
Article 4 – Billing and Payment
Subscription Fees: The fees for Hoora Premium are defined at the time of subscription and may be subject to periodic adjustments.
Billing Period: Hoora Premium is billed monthly to the Subscriber at the time of subscription.
Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled by the Subscriber, Hoora Premium will automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Article 5 – Cancellation
Cancellation Procedure: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time via the Hoora app, in the subscription settings section.
Effect of Cancellation: Canceling Hoora Premium will end premium benefits at the end of the current billing period. Once this period ends, the account will revert to a free Hoora Service account.
Article 6 – Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
