Welcome to the Hoora Premium Offer Terms and Conditions, provided and operated by EASYWIN, allowing users to access exclusive features and benefits of the Hoora Service through one-time purchases.

Article 1 – Definitions

Hoora Premium: refers to the premium offer provided by Hoora, accessible through one-time purchases, granting access to exclusive benefits for a limited or unlimited duration.
Premium User: any natural person who has purchased access to Hoora Premium.
Hoora Service: all features accessible through the Hoora Application, as defined in the General Terms of Use (GTU).

Article 2 – Access to Hoora Premium

2.1 Nature of the Offer

Hoora Premium is offered exclusively through one-time purchases and does not constitute a subscription with automatic renewal.

The Hoora Premium accesses currently available may include, in particular:

Hoora Premium for a duration of one (1) week;
Hoora Premium for a duration of one (1) month;
Hoora Premium for a duration of one (1) year;
Hoora Premium lifetime access.

The availability of these offers may vary over time.

2.2 Purchase Process

Hoora Premium purchases are made directly within the Hoora Application via the distribution platforms on which the Application is available (including, in particular, the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), in accordance with the terms and conditions set by those platforms.

Article 3 – Hoora Premium Benefits

Depending on the offer purchased, Premium Users may benefit from the following advantages:

Removal of forced advertisements within the Hoora Service;
Access to favorited games without an internet connection;
Access to exclusive benefits, including rewards reserved for Premium Users.

The benefits included in Hoora Premium may evolve at any time.
The active and up-to-date features are displayed directly within the Application at the time of purchase.

Article 4 – Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Prices for Hoora Premium access:

are displayed at the time of purchase within the Application;
may vary depending on the country, currency, and ongoing tests;
may be modified at any time without prior notice.

EASYWIN does not guarantee the permanence of any given price.

4.2 Payment

Payments are fully processed by the distribution platforms (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
EASYWIN does not intervene in payment processing, billing, refunds, or payment method management.

Article 5 – Duration and End of Benefits

Access to Hoora Premium benefits is granted:

for the duration corresponding to the purchased offer; or
in the case of “lifetime” access, without time limitation, subject to the availability of the Hoora Service.

Upon expiration of a Premium duration, the user will continue to access the Hoora Service in its free version, without any further action required.

Article 6 – No Automatic Renewal

Hoora Premium access is not subject to automatic renewal.

Each Premium access corresponds to a single, unique, and independent purchase.

Article 7 – Modification of the Offer

EASYWIN reserves the right to:

modify the benefits included in Hoora Premium;
add, remove, or replace Premium offers;
update these Hoora Premium Offer Terms and Conditions at any time.

Any modification will take effect upon publication or availability within the Application.
